Sugar peanut butter balls

Sugar peanut butterballs are vegan-friendly. With just four ingredients this treat is super easy to make also.

Ingredients
  

  • 110 g Flour ½ cup
  • 30 g Peanut Butter
  • 40 g Coconut oil
  • 30 g Sugar(powdered)

Method
 

  1. Line the baking tray with parchment/butter paper then grease it with oil.
  2. Preheat the oven to 120℃ (250℉).
  3. Make a dough of flour, coconut oil, and peanut butter.
  4. Make small balls from the dough.
  5. Roll them in powdered sugar till well coated.
  6. Place them on the parchment/butter paper lined baking tray.
  7. Bake them at 120℃ (250℉) for 15-20 min or till the colour of the balls changes to golden brown and crack appears.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking tray itself.
  9. Store in air tight container at room temperature.
