Line the baking tray with a parchment/butter paper. Grease it with oil/butter.
Crush green chili and garlic together.
Preheat the oven to 200℃ (390 ℉).
Sift in all dry ingredients in to a large bowl.
Add butter and mix well with hands till well incorporated.
Add sugar, cheese and garlic-green chili mixture and mix well.
In to the bowl add buttermilk and make a dough.
Dust a plane surface with flour. Place the dough on the surface and well dust the dough as well.
Roll the dough in to a circular shape with around 1 cm thickness.
Divide the dough in to 8 equal parts.
Place them on the baking tray.
Brush with butter and sprinkle some black sesame seeds on top of them.
Bake at 200℃ (390 ℉) for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown colour is achieved.
Take the tray out of oven and place scones on a wire rack to cool.
Brush with butter before serving.
