Chocolate peanut butter balls

Hard on the outside and soft ‘n’ chewy on the inside these gluten-free chocolate peanut butter balls only require four ingredients and minimal work.

Ingredients
  

  • 75 g Peanut Butter ¼ cup
  • 200 g Sugar(powdered) 1 cup
  • 40g Butter 3 tbsp
  • 200 g Dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Place a mesh/wire rack on top of a deep pan. Set aside.
  • Melt chocolate on a double boiler and set aside.
  • Mix peanut butter and butter to form a smooth mixture.
  • Add sugar little by little till a dough is formed.
  • Make small balls (1 inch) from the dough.
  • With the help of a fork or a toothpick dip the balls in chocolate one by one.
  • Place these balls on the wire rack prepared earlier so the excess chocolate drains over.
  • Refrigerate these balls for 15 minutes.
  • Remove them from wire rack and serve.
  • Store in refrigerator.
