Chocolate peanut butter balls

Hard on the outside and soft ‘n’ chewy on the inside these gluten-free chocolate peanut butter balls only require four ingredients and minimal work.

Ingredients
  

  • 75 g Peanut Butter ¼ cup
  • 200 g Sugar(powdered) 1 cup
  • 40g Butter 3 tbsp
  • 200 g Dark chocolate

Method
 

  1. Place a mesh/wire rack on top of a deep pan. Set aside.
  2. Melt chocolate on a double boiler and set aside.
  3. Mix peanut butter and butter to form a smooth mixture.
  4. Add sugar little by little till a dough is formed.
  5. Make small balls (1 inch) from the dough.
  6. With the help of a fork or a toothpick dip the balls in chocolate one by one.
  7. Place these balls on the wire rack prepared earlier so the excess chocolate drains over.
  8. Refrigerate these balls for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove them from wire rack and serve.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
