- Flour
- Coconut oil-For non-vegans you can substitute with butter.
- Peanut butter-You can swap this for any nut butter such as almond, cashew, etc.
- Sugar-powdered.
How to make sugar peanut butter balls?
- Gather all ingredients.
- Line the baking tray with parchment/butter paper and grease it with oil/butter.
- Preheat the oven to 120℃ (250℉).
- Mix flour, peanut butter, and coconut oil to make a dough.
- Make 1-inch diameter balls or according to your preference.
- Roll the balls in powdered sugar well. Make sure these balls are well coated.
- Place them on the baking tray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes at 120℃ (250℉). The balls will get slight golden colour and cracks will appear.
- Take them out of the oven and let them completely cool on the tray itself.
Storage:- Store them in air tight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

- 110 g Flour ½ cup
- 30 g Peanut Butter
- 40 g Coconut oil
- 30 g Sugar(powdered)
Instructions
- Line the baking tray with parchment/butter paper then grease it with oil.
- Preheat the oven to 120℃ (250℉).
- Make a dough of flour, coconut oil, and peanut butter.
- Make small balls from the dough.
- Roll them in powdered sugar till well coated.
- Place them on the parchment/butter paper lined baking tray.
- Bake them at 120℃ (250℉) for 15-20 min or till the colour of the balls changes to golden brown and crack appears.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking tray itself.
- Store in air tight container at room temperature.
