These balls are made up of peanut butter mixed with flour and coconut oil and rolled in sugar. Coconut oil gives a distinct flavour especially when baked. The flavour of coconut goes well with peanut butter. Coconut oil is a good substitute for butter thus making this treat free of dairy products.

This recipe just has three steps. Difficult to believe right? But true. All you need to mix the ingredients and pop them in the oven. You can enjoy these in under 30 minutes. This recipe is perfect for lazy or even tired people who want something tasty but do not have time or energy to contribute.

Ingredients
  • Flour
  • Coconut oil-For non-vegans you can substitute with butter.
  • Peanut butter-You can swap this for any nut butter such as almond, cashew, etc.
  • Sugar-powdered.
How to make sugar peanut butter balls?
  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Line the baking tray with parchment/butter paper and grease it with oil/butter.
  3. Preheat the oven to 120℃ (250℉).
  4. Mix flour, peanut butter, and coconut oil to make a dough.
  5. Make 1-inch diameter balls or according to your preference.
  6. Roll the balls in powdered sugar well. Make sure these balls are well coated.
  7. Place them on the baking tray.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 120℃ (250℉). The balls will get slight golden colour and cracks will appear.
  9. Take them out of the oven and let them completely cool on the tray itself.

Storage:- Store them in air tight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Ingredients
  

  • 110 g Flour ½ cup
  • 30 g Peanut Butter
  • 40 g Coconut oil
  • 30 g Sugar(powdered)

Instructions
 

  • Line the baking tray with parchment/butter paper then grease it with oil.
  • Preheat the oven to 120℃ (250℉).
  • Make a dough of flour, coconut oil, and peanut butter.
  • Make small balls from the dough.
  • Roll them in powdered sugar till well coated.
  • Place them on the parchment/butter paper lined baking tray.
  • Bake them at 120℃ (250℉) for 15-20 min or till the colour of the balls changes to golden brown and crack appears.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking tray itself.
  • Store in air tight container at room temperature.
